OSF HealthCare, based in Illinois, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Primary Care practice. You will assess patients, establish diagnoses, and develop care plans aligned with current evidence.

This salaried role offers education, counseling to patients and families, and weekday clinic hours (8am–5pm) with no on-call or weekend requirements. OSF emphasizes work-life balance and comprehensive total rewards.

Competenze

Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
Certification by the ANCC or NCCPA.
Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or related field is preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Mansioni

Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific evidence.
Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths and standards of care.
Provide education and counseling to patients, families and groups.
Clinic hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
Excellent work-life balance with no call or weekends.
