Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time primary care role in Buckeye, Arizona. You will deliver patient-centered care, build trust with patients, and drive prevention, education, and treatment to improve health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to handle a range of visits from routine to complex within an empowered team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved NP or PA program.
• Current Arizona license and certification to practice as an NP or PA.
• Valid DEA certificate.
• Current BLS.
• CPR and AED certification for Healthcare Professionals per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
• Understanding of clinical methods and techniques.
• Business English, spelling and punctuation proficiency.
• Computer literacy with EMR systems.
• Arizona driver’s license.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card for specialty behavioral health assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care and build trusting relationships.
• Manage responsibilities from routine visits to complex patient needs.
• Work with minimal guidance within your scope and follow clinic policies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
