One Medical in Tempe, AZ is seeking a qualified Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to manage a diverse patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and preventive care. The role includes in-office visits, testing centers, and occasional tele-health sessions, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Arizona, completed an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, and is open to expanding licensure for virtual care in other states.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP/PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in Arizona by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct tele-health visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
