One Medical, a leader in accessible primary care, seeks a licensed NP or PA to join our Phoenix team. You will manage diverse patient panels, perform in-office and testing center visits, and conduct occasional tele-health visits.

Ongoing education and collaboration with both in-office and virtual teams are core to the role. Applicants should have completed an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and current Arizona licensure.

Formación

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Within 5 years, 2+ years in outpatient primary care OR 1 year plus 1 year fellowship/urgent care.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in office, testing centers, and via tele-health when needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
