You will provide high-quality outpatient care to adult and senior patients, document thoroughly, and collaborate with specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted APRN or PA license in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Prescribing authority, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• DEA license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in outpatient setting.
• See adults/senior patients; primarily adults.
• Complete timely and thorough documentation.
• Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures.
• Order lab and imaging tests and provide follow-up advice.
• Coordinate care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services.
• Maintain quality of care standards as defined by the practice.
