Optum Colorado in Westminster, CO seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Broomfield clinic team in the Denver area. The role focuses on high-quality, value-based primary care with a supportive, physician-led culture and EMR Epic.

You will provide complete primary care, document thoroughly, and collaborate with specialists and ancillary services to coordinate patient care in a team environment.

Qualificações

• Active unrestricted APRN or PA license in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Prescribing authority, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• DEA license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patient care in outpatient setting.
• See adults and seniors; average census 18–20 patients per day.
• Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans; order labs/imaging as needed.
