Job summary

Compass Associates is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the North Carolina team. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative, client-focused environment to grow your career.

You will provide clinical oversight, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, and work with families and interdisciplinary teams to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • North Carolina licensure/certification (if applicable).
  • Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and FBAs.
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers.
  • Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and NC regulations.
