Lyft is seeking a full-time Manager for Pricing, Yield & Sales Compensation based in New York. In this high‑visibility role, you will manage the pricing strategy for Lyft Ads and ensure the successful execution of sales compensation plans. Your key responsibilities will include rate card management, cross-functional collaboration with various departments, and overseeing the performance of managed service vendors.

The ideal candidate should have 4–7 years of experience in yield management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze financial data effectively.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in digital media or ad-tech.
• Strong financial modeling skills; fluency in Excel or Google Sheets for margin analysis.
• Experience with sales compensation design or commission calculation.

Responsabilités

• Manage Lyft Ads rate card strategy and enforce pricing discipline.
• Set and manage CPM floors and pricing tiers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of vendor campaigns.
