GEODIS in Texas seeks a Manager Pricing & Tender to lead the Pricing and Tender Team for Project Logistics USA. You will oversee the proposal lifecycle—from price and service quotations to bids, RFIs, and RFQs—gathering market data to optimize competitiveness.

Responsibilities include developing pricing matrices, maintaining databases, evaluating cost and profitability, and coordinating with product heads and sales to win complex moves. Excellent communication and planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pricing and tender activities for complex logistics projects.
• Proven ability to manage the full proposal lifecycle and data gathering.
• Strong communication skills and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and structure the Pricing and Tender Team for Project Logistics USA.
• Oversee the proposal lifecycle through price/service quotations, bids, RFIs, and RFQs; gather market data.
• Provide pricing and budget estimates for large-scale cargo moves.
• Create execution strategies and method statements for specialized cargo as needed.
• Collaborate with product heads and sales to win complex moves and optimize pricing.
• Develop pricing matrices, maintain databases, and obtain approvals from product management.
• Analyze cost and profitability and propose pricing changes.
• Drive procurement and vendor management; ensure compliance with policies.
