Job summary

Fracht Group - North America is seeking a Tender Analyst to support RFQ/tender management for global key accounts and to develop competitive pricing for North America imports/exports. You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Operations to optimize profitability and service delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years logistics experience, strong Office skills, and proven negotiation and communication abilities to drive timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Undergraduate degree in logistics or related business field.
• Experience with Logistics processes, systems, and solutions.
• Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of logistics experience.
• Self-disciplined, strong leadership and proactive abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills; ability to listen and respond with complete/accurate answers.
• Effective negotiator and clear communicator of ideas and solutions.
• Excellent team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the tender process for Fracht’s global key accounts as part of a collaborative team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Pricing teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop internal timelines and drive timely completion of each tender.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor internal and external deadlines associated with each RFQ and ensure compliance.
• Assist the Procurement team with RFQ pricing for North America (Imports & Exports).
• Support retention of existing business and generation of new clients through competitive tenders.
• Provide short- and long-term pricing recommendations, profitability analyses and routing decisions.
• Assist Procurement in negotiating buy rates with carrier partners.
• Confirm coverage of quoted import/export sell rates upon official award announcements.
• Prepare routing guides for Fracht offices to ensure proper implementation of awards.
• Prepare case studies to support or challenge the current tender process and execution strategies.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and improve the team’s success rate on tenders.
• Provide input into internal workflow processes based on customer needs and tender documents.
