Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a pricing leader to manage the Shared Services Pricing Team in Littleton, CO. The role focuses on pricing strategy, cost analysis, and communicating price calendars across product lines.

You will work with the Director of Pricing to implement competitive pricing actions and improve profitability. The position offers a full-time, permanent role with a robust benefits package and potential for bonuses, with opportunities for professional development and advancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years of supervisory experience or GED with 7+ years of experience and 1 to 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Master’s Degree or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Shared Services Pricing Team and partner with the Director of Pricing to oversee product costing, pricing models, and price calendars.
• Implement customer pricing strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis, and perform profitability and revenue simulations.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and maintain up-to-date pricing expectations with the team.
• Coordinate and manage multiple pricing projects and support suppliers, key customers, and supply chain partners with pricing communication.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and lead training for the Pricing Team.
• Other duties as assigned
