Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Quoting Supervisor to lead a small team of Quoting Coordinators and Administrators, ensuring accurate pricing and timely quotation entry. The role combines hands-on pricing with leadership and training of the team.

Based on-site in the United States, you will oversee daily pricing activities, respond to inquiries, and contribute to pricing procedures and GRIs while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or business education preferred.
• Experience in pricing, quoting, freight rating, or logistics operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Quoting Coordinators and Administrators to ensure accurate pricing.
• Review quote requests for accuracy and resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Enter quotes using a cradle-to-grave approach and ensure timely responses.
