Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a Transportation Pricing & Quoting Customer Experience Representative for the Americas. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Strategic Solutions Manager and serves as the primary contact after a spot quote is executed, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from pricing to execution.

You will respond to inquiries, maintain quote records in the Pricing Database, and escalate issues as needed to protect customer relationships across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to triage a high volume of inbound requests.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of Expeditors’ service offerings and team structures to determine and route requests correctly.
• Able to prioritize and process requests quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Comfortable working within a Pricing Database or quote intake system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer service contact for internal and external customers following the execution of a requested quote.
• Coordinate approved quotes with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, accurate handoff from pricing to execution.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to executed quotes in a timely, professional manner.
• Communicate quote status, changes, or issues to affected internal teams and external customers.
• Maintain accurate records of quote execution and post-quote customer interactions in the Pricing Database.
• Escalate unresolved customer service issues or recurring execution problems to management.
