Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a Quoting Supervisor in Fife, WA. This on-site role leads a small pricing team, performs hands-on pricing, and ensures accurate, timely quotes while upholding company policies.

You will train staff, manage workloads, and interface with customers to resolve inquiries. The role requires a high school diploma, pricing/logistics experience, strong math and communication skills, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in logistics or business is a plus.
• Experience in pricing, quoting, freight rating, or logistics operations; supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead others with strong organizational skills for workload management.
• Strong mathematical skills, including profit margins, conversions, and financial calculations; proficient in Office and TruckMate.
• Knowledge of ocean freight and the Jones Act is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Quoting Coordinators and Administrators; oversee daily quoting activities.
• Review quotes for accuracy, research discrepancies, and execute quotes using cradle-to-grave approach.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders; respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Contribute to pricing procedures, pricing system improvements, and assist with GRIs.
