Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a pricing leader to manage the Shared Services Pricing Team, align with the Director of Pricing, and shape pricing calendars and cost data across the organization.

The role requires experience in pricing strategies, market analysis, and profitability modeling, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and team development. Expect involvement in pay and performance incentives and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 7–9+ years of experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Master's degree or CPA preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Shared Services Pricing Team, partnering with the Director of Pricing to oversee product costing, pricing models, and communication of price calendars and cost files.
• Implement customer pricing strategies, perform market and competitor analysis, and run profitability and revenue simulations.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and policies, maintaining accurate pricing expectations with the team.
• Coordinate pricing projects, oversee monthly accrual reconciliations, and support suppliers and key customers with pricing communications.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and lead pricing team training and development.
• Other duties as assigned.
