Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a pricing-focused professional to drive the rollout of the revamped pricing strategy and collaborate with franchisees to ensure adoption. You will translate strategy into actionable guidance, run daily pricing execution, and surface insights from pricing data to inform decisions.

The role requires robust experience in pricing and data analytics, with strong Excel, SQL, and Tableau skills. Onsite presence in Miami, FL is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pricing, data analytics, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL/Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate pricing strategy into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support franchisee engagement and change management during pricing rounds.
• Translate pricing strategy into clear actions operators can execute.
• Run day-to-day pricing execution from intake to live deployment.
• Analyze pricing data to surface insights on trends and competition.
• Monitor market tests, promotions, and adjustments across locations.
• Collaborate with technology and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Report on adoption and impact: uptake, traffic, and revenue effects.
• Maintain documentation of the pricing model and process status.
