Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is building a new pricing team to own Popeyes revamp pricing strategy and guide franchisee conversations. You will translate pricing rationale into actionable guidance and oversee day-to-day pricing execution across thousands of locations.

Expect to collaborate with pricing leadership, technology and engineering, and franchisees to ensure accurate live pricing and measurable impact on traffic and profitability. This role is office-based in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pricing, analytics, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient with Excel, SQL/Snowflake and Tableau for data analysis.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support franchisee engagement and change management through pricing rounds.
• Translate pricing strategy into actionable guidance for franchisees.
• Run day-to-day pricing execution from intake with franchisees to deployment and monitoring.
• Support price execution across ~3,000 restaurant locations with the pricing team.
• Confirm market tests and price changes go live correctly with cross-functional teams.
• Manage day-to-day franchisee pricing requests and exceptions while maintaining architecture.
• Analyze pricing data to surface insights on pricing trends, customer behavior, and competition.
• Track competitive set and price changes; monitor promos and LTOs.
• Partner with technology and engineering teams to keep pricing frontend working and data accurate.
• Support menu pricing rollouts across markets; keep teams aligned.
• Maintain documentation of pricing model and execution status.
• Report on adoption and impact: franchises onboarded, operator adoption, revenue impact.
