Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Business Development in Miami to help grow the Popeyes footprint through franchise development agreements. You will source new franchisees, build a bench of prospects, and structure multi-year deals with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end timelines, negotiating with franchisees, marketing expansion opportunities, conducting due diligence, and preparing executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of franchising or business development.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Technical excel modeling and financial modeling for scenario and deal structuring.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments to collect data and structure pitch to potential franchisee partners.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project timelines for development agreements, ensuring timely completion of milestones, negotiating with prospective franchisees.
• Market the expansion opportunity externally and attract the highest quality prospective franchisees.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective franchisees, including supporting with in-person Discovery Days with prospective franchisees.
• Connect between Development, Franchising and Field teams to gather necessary insights to drive negotiations.
• Help create presentations both internally and externally to executive level leadership.
• Support internal project approval processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Track and report project progress to leadership, providing regular updates on milestones, challenges, and resolutions.
