ADP Compliance Services is seeking a Director of Pricing Strategy in Roseland, NJ (hybrid with NYC offices). This role partners with Sales, Strategy, Product, Marketing, and Finance to optimize pricing, bundles, and go-to-market approaches, reporting to the VP Pricing Strategy.

The director will lead pricing strategy, manage pricebooks, and deliver insights to improve revenue and market share in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth pricing and performance measurement knowledge.
• Experience with price models, price setting, price realization, and promotional spending.
• 10+ years of pricing leadership in tech-enabled businesses.
• Track record of senior stakeholder engagement using data to drive pricing decisions.
• Experience leading a high-growth, complex technology business and thriving under pressure.
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing strategy insights and recommendations.
• Lead pricing performance metrics, including attach rates, discounting, and promotions.
• Supervise market research to identify price opportunities and share results with stakeholders.
• Manage margin and profitability calculations and pricing tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Product, Marketing, and Finance to drive pricing and packaging.
• Develop and test pricing frameworks, price/packaging tests, and go-to-market options.
