Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing or revenue growth management.
• Ownership of a pricing process end to end: list price setting, architecture, programs and gross to net.
• Experience estimating price elasticity from transactional data with defensible designs.
• Power BI semantic models and DAX measures experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the pricing engine: seasonal list price cycles, elasticity and margin analysis, price ladders and scoping.
• Model sales programs and gross to net, quantify impact across brand and channel.
• Track pricing actions through P&L and surface risks and opportunities.
• Partner with international and regional teams to align pricing across markets.
• Build and govern the Power BI analytics landscape, with AI-assisted capabilities.
