Revelyst Outdoor in Irvine, CA seeks a Manager of Pricing Strategy & Analytics to run an EBITDA-first pricing engine and build the Power BI analytics landscape that tracks price, volume and mix from sell-in to sell-out.

You will own the pricing process end-to-end, model scenarios, and partner with global teams to ensure consistency across markets while guiding leadership with data-driven price recommendations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive pricing or revenue growth management experience.
• Experience owning end-to-end pricing processes: list price setting, architecture, program effectiveness, and gross to net.
• Ability to estimate price elasticity from data and justify designs.
• Strong Power BI semantic model, DAX measures, and SQL proficiency.
• Executive communication and influence to drive cross-functional alignment.

Mansioni

• Own the pricing engine: manage seasonal list price cycles, elasticity, tiering and margin tradeoffs; prepare brand leadership recommendations.
• Model sales program scenarios and quantify gross to net and volume impacts to EBITDA.
• Track pricing actions through P&L and surface risks and opportunities against the long range plan.
• Partner with international teams to ensure pricing consistency across markets and currency considerations.
