Avnet, a global technology distributor, is seeking a Financial Analyst in Tempe, AZ for hybrid work. The role analyzes financial and operating data, creates forecasts, builds models, and supports budgeting and planning processes.

You will produce monthly reports, support KPI tracking, and assist with short- and long-range financial planning. Successful candidates have 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of GAAP.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and complex accounting systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for P&L projections and forecasts.
• Conduct economic analysis on rates of return and capital needs.
• Prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans and forecasts.
• Develop financial reports for forecasting and trend analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and support long-range financial plans.
