Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist in the execution of the Price Authorization Request (PAR) process by performing administrative and coordination activities in alignment with direction from pricing managers
• Manage the department email inbox by reviewing incoming communications, prioritizing requests, and routing them to the appropriate team members for timely resolution
• Coordinate pricing requests across internal teams to support timely and efficient completion
• Review pricing inputs for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established guidelines
• Serve as a point of contact for general pricing inquiries, escalating or redirecting as appropriate
• Support system testing and process updates related to pricing tools and platforms
• Assist in organizing, updating, and maintaining pricing process documentation to ensure materials remain current
