Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a detail-focused Scan Coordinator to help maintain price integrity across store departments. You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly price updates, adjust signs and promotions, and verify ad pricing accuracy while supporting pricing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 18+, a high school diploma, solid math and MS Office skills, and a friendly, customer-oriented approach. Flexible hours and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Read and create/read price signs; read price tags; use computer to activate pricing; ladder use as needed.
• Physically capable to lift up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours, and perform repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes including signs and promotional signage.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and signage across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Support pricing integrity in a fast-paced store environment.
