Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Scan Coordinator to uphold price integrity across our store. You will manage daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, update shelf signs, and verify promotional pricing accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, math proficiency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, plus the ability to interact warmly with customers and vendors. This is a fast-paced, in-store role requiring flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or education.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanner programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs; readability and sign placement.
• Able to lift up to 17 lbs. and move boxes; able to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall price integrity in the store.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes and update signs and tags.
• Verify weekly ad price changes and promotional pricing accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Support pricing integrity in a fast-paced environment.
