Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity in our store and support accurate pricing across departments. You will handle daily changes and ensure signage reflects promotional pricing.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong analytical and math skills, able to use Microsoft Office, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting. This role offers growth, benefits, and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total scanning programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs, and use a computer.
• Able to lift up to 17 lbs. and walk/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including changing shelf signs and tags and promotional signs.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy and pricing signage in all departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Work quickly and with accuracy to support pricing integrity in the store.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to accurate pricing.
