Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity in the store and support accurate pricing across departments. You will handle daily to monthly price changes, update shelves and promotional signage, and verify deals against the weekly ad.

The role emphasizes analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-friendly approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total scanning programs and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
• Must possess excellent mathematical skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must be able to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs; good vision required to read signs.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall price integrity in the store.
• Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including shelf signs and tags, and promotional signs.
• Verifying weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy and signage in all departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Support pricing integrity in a fast-paced environment.
