Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity and support accurate pricing across the store. You’ll handle daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, signage, and weekly ad price verification in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong math skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to read price tags. The role requires 18+ and ability to lift up to 17 lbs, with varied hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to analyze pricing programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly; able to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days; read and create price signs and tags; use a ladder.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 17 lbs; walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours; crouching/kneeling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain price integrity in the store.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes and signage updates.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and signage in all departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
