Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity across the store. You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, update shelf signs, and ensure accurate promotional pricing in all departments.

The role requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors in a fast-paced retail setting and may work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total scanning programs and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Must be able to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs; use a computer to activate pricing; may use a step ladder.
• Physical ability to lift up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours, and perform repetitive crouching/kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain price integrity in the store with daily, weekly, and monthly price changes.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and signage in all departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
• Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity.
