Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator in San Diego to ensure accurate pricing, signage, and adherence to pricing policies across departments. You’ll manage daily, weekly and monthly price changes and support promotional pricing efforts with precision.

The role requires strong math, detail orientation, and proficient use of Microsoft Office; you will interact with customers and vendors in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to read price tags, create signs, post tags and use a computer to activate pricing; ladder use included.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly price changes, including updating shelf signs and tags and promotional signs.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy and pricing signage across departments.
• Support pricing integrity in the store by working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
