Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a detail-focused Back Up Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity across the store. You will handle daily, weekly and monthly price changes, adjust signs and ensure promotional pricing accuracy, while supporting efficient store operations.

The role requires 18+ with a HS diploma, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Read and post pricing signs; operate pricing systems and use a computer to activate pricing.
• Must be able to lift up to 17 lbs and move boxes up to 34 inches and 8 ft long.
• Ability to crouch/kneel/squat to access ground level for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly price changes and update shelf signs and tags.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy and signage.
• Maintain price integrity across departments to support accurate pricing.
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced store environment.
