Job summary

CSC Generation seeks a Staff Data Scientist to design and ship production pricing systems including demand forecasting, price elasticity modeling, dynamic pricing, and the experimentation framework needed to measure their impact at scale across a portfolio of brands. You will own the full arc from framing business problems as ML tasks to monitoring models in production.

Success at six months means at least one pricing model shipped with measurable business impact and a trusted experimentation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of applied ML / data science with production impact.
• Deep experience in pricing, demand forecasting, or revenue optimization—built end-to-end.
• Expert-level Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of ML fundamentals: evaluation, validation, failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production ML systems for pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue problems.
• Frame ambiguous business problems into well-defined ML tasks with clear success criteria.
• Set standards for model evaluation, validation, and monitoring; guard against data leakage.
