Evolve is hiring a remote Staff Data Scientist to own end-to-end ML systems for pricing, forecasting, and decision frameworks. This full-time role requires strong Python, SQL, and production ML experience, with ownership of model development, deployment, and business impact across owner acquisition and revenue.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Revenue Management, and leaders, mentor others, and set pragmatic engineering standards for a lean team.

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years applying data science, statistics, econometrics, or ML to business problems.
• Staff-level scope: led ambiguous cross-functional DS/ML work and influenced direction.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; production code and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and hands-on delivery of applied ML initiatives.
• Build and operate ML systems end to end: pipelines, training, inference, deployment, monitoring.
• Design experiments to evaluate product, model, and policy changes; establish testing standards.
