Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator to help maintain price integrity and accuracy across our store.

You will manage daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, create and post signs, and ensure promotional pricing aligns with company standards. The role requires strong analytical and mathematical abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a customer-friendly approach to interactions with shoppers and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Able to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs; comfortable with ladders.
• Able to lift up to 17 lbs and walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours; varied hours/days as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain price integrity with daily, weekly and monthly price changes and signage.
• Verify weekly ad price changes and promotional price accuracy across departments.
• Support pricing accuracy and signage to ensure compliance with company and governmental rules.
• Work quickly with accuracy to assist store pricing operations.
