Zusammenfassung

Veritiv Corporation is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to oversee pricing actions in the assigned region, ensuring price integrity and margin performance. You will collaborate with Sales, Category Management, and Costing to reflect market changes and cost shifts, and execute accurate pricing updates across Veritiv systems.

With 5–10 years of related experience, you will help communicate pricing moves, support onboarding, and drive reporting that informs leadership decisions while maintaining speed

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of related experience in pricing/support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, diplomacy and people skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Manage onboarding process for all new Sales hires.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Leadership and coordinate new customer set-ups.
• Generate reporting metrics for Sales Leadership.
• Act as intermediary between sales and other departments (Sourcing, Operations, Inventory).
• Facilitate CDI and item set up for new and existing projects.
• Coordinate system setups and pricing updates, renewals of contracts.
• Create and manage reports tracking customer programs and sales studies.
• Assist and implement unique customer programs.
• All other duties as assigned.
