Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Pricing Analyst in the Pricing department. The role involves supporting the sales team with pricing decisions, analyzing market data, and optimizing profitability through pricing strategies.

You will assess cost structures, compare pricing scenarios, and help drive growth in the fast-paced LTL industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of pricing experience, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in LTL pricing or similar.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Access; ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing options and cost analyses for sales negotiations.
• Use pricing scenarios to rate shipments and compare results.
• Perform revenue management and cost analysis for customers.
• Maintain pricing records and customer agreements.
