Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing team in the fast-paced LTL industry. You will support the sales group by analyzing data, evaluating current market prices, and developing pricing options.

Responsibilities include cost analyses, revenue management, and negotiating terms with customers. You will use internal and market tools to rate shipments, monitor results, and help drive profitability while collaborating with the Pricing Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in LTL pricing.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing options and provide guidance to sales for customer negotiations.
• Perform detailed costing analysis and use pricing scenarios to rate shipments.
• Conduct revenue management and cost analyses for new and existing customers.
• Review shipping patterns to identify opportunities for margins or cost reductions.
• Maintain pricing records and communicate pricing decisions to sales and customers.
