Qualifications

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs.

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for large data files.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process customer proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
• Create and manage customer annual contract renewals.
• Ensure customer qualifications are met prior to quotes and onboarding.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining customer information.
• Complete customer requests for information and other requirements.
• Track communications for future reference and preventative maintenance.
• Other duties assigned.
