Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a proactive Pricing Specialist, Program Controls to support proposal pricing and program financial execution in Yorba Linda, CA. You will collaborate with Finance, Program Management, Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Business Development to develop compliant, competitive proposals while supporting earned value and financial performance monitoring.

The role requires strong analytical capability, experience with government contracting, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of related experience; or Graduate Degree with minimum 2 years of related experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of related experience.
2+ years' experience with FAR, DFARS, and/or CAS as related to proposal pricing and government contracting.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing inputs and cost volumes for government and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and consolidate pricing inputs and assumptions.
Support program controls activities including forecasting, EAC development, and variance analysis.
