Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Pricing Specialist to collaborate with Finance, Program Management, Procurement, Contracts and Leadership to shape bid decisions. You will ensure proposals align with policies, customer needs, and regulatory requirements, and help prepare management review materials.

The role requires 2–6 years in aerospace/government contracts, with Pro-pricer experience and ability to meet tight deadlines. Travel to other L3Harris sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with FAR and DFARS compliance in pricing work.
• Proven ability to develop cost/price volumes for proposals.
• Experience preparing management review materials.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost/price volume in compliance with RFP, FAR, and CAS.
• Prepare the financial portion of management review materials.
• Review cost/price with functional and senior leadership.
• Support negotiation teams from fact finding to contract acceptance.
• Assist with process improvements and audits.
• Handle ad hoc requests and special projects.
• Experience with FAR and DFARS is required.
• Travel to other L3Harris locations as needed.
