WEX Pricing Center is responsible for providing expertise on customer pricing across the Americas and supports email management, pricing setups, reporting, and stakeholder education. This role emphasizes operational excellence, automation, and AI-assisted processes to scale the business and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into processes.
• Respond to stakeholder requests with appropriate urgency and manage requests within deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve issues across technical, servicing, files, network, and reporting.
• Audit controls and ensure compliance with procedures, contracts, and internal controls.
• Manage pricing reporting and develop customized reporting for special circumstances.
• Own pricing-related projects and drive process improvements to scale operations.
