Job summary

WEX is seeking an early-career Product Manager to help scale payments solutions within the NAM Product Team. You will own features end-to-end, run test-and-learn experiments, and work closely with customers to drive adoption and measurable value.

You'll collaborate with engineering, design, data, sales, and GTM teams to define requirements and build AI-enabled experiences that customers actually use and love.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, startups, or a related field.
• Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to break down ambiguity into clear steps.
• Strong empathy for customers and experience in research or interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Own product features and adoption end-to-end from concept through launch and iteration.
• Design and execute test-and-learn plans to validate demand and product-market fit.
• Work directly with customers, conduct interviews, and synthesize insights to inform decisions.
• Translate customer problems into actionable product requirements with engineering and design.
• Define platform priorities and create reusable APIs, services, and shared capabilities.
• Communicate technical constraints to stakeholders to inform scope and timelines.
• Leverage AI across the product lifecycle to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, sales, and marketing.
• Track adoption and usage metrics to prove product-market fit and impact.
