Job summary

Blue Earth Diagnostics, a Bracco Imaging subsidiary, seeks an Associate Director of Pricing Operations & Contracting to lead pricing governance, contracting execution, and rebate management. The role partners with Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops to optimize revenue and ensure compliance.

The position supports hybrid work with onsite presence three days a week at the Needham, MA office, and drives analytics, governance, and process improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing, contracting, market access, or related functions within life sciences.
• Experience managing customer contracts, pricing programs, and rebate programs.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent contract interpretation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing operations for diagnostic products and services.
• Oversee contracting with hospitals, IDNs, physician groups, and others.
• Manage rebate administration, calculation, reconciliation, and payments.
• Develop pricing models, discounts, and governance processes.
• Create dashboards to track pricing, contracting, and rebate performance.
