Qualifications

• 10+ years in pricing, monetization, or strategy with measurable revenue impact.
• Proven track record leading large-scale pricing/packaging programs.
• Deep knowledge of value-based pricing and subscription/usage models.
• Experience with AI tools, data dashboards, and pricing analytics.
• Ability to translate complex problems into executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Direct-to-consumer/self-serve monetization experience; SaaS/fintech a plus.
• Bachelor's is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy and packaging architecture across Intuit's business platform, including tiering and price-point setting.
• Design new commercial models—subscription, consumption-based, and outcome-based monetization for AI and platform features.
• Build analytics foundation for pricing decisions: willingness-to-pay, elasticity, A/B testing, and P&L analyses.
• Define a pricing learning agenda with Data Science and Market Research.
• Develop scalable pricing principles across products, segments, and geographies.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Finance, Marketing, Legal to influence executive decisions.
• Monitor live pricing changes and competitor dynamics, iterating based on results.
• Mentor pricing analysts and raise the monetization craft across the team.
