Job summary

Intuit seeks a Principal, Pricing & Monetization Strategy to shape how its platform creates value for small and mid-market customers. You will partner with product, data, finance and marketing to design pricing across QuickBooks, Payroll, Payments, and AI-enabled offerings.

The role requires 10+ years in pricing with a track record of large-scale programs, fluency in value-based pricing, and strong executive influence. Mountain View-based role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pricing, monetization, corporate/product strategy, or top-tier consulting.
• Proven track record architecting and driving large-scale pricing programs.
• Deep fluency in value-based pricing, packaging design, and modern monetization models.
• Resourceful with AI tools, comfortable with LLMs and dashboards.
• Hypothesis-driven problem solving; able to influence executives.
• Direct-to-consumer or PLG monetization experience preferred; SaaS/fintech a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy and packaging architecture across the product platform.
• Design framework and test new commercial models (subscription, consumption, outcome).
• Build analytics for pricing decisions (WTP, elasticity, A/B testing, demand).
• Define a pricing learning agenda with data science and insights teams.
• Develop scalable pricing principles across products, segments, geographies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Finance, Marketing, Legal.
• Monitor live pricing changes and iterate based on results.
• Mentor pricing analysts and raise monetization craft across the team.
