Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills with store management and associates
• Proficient computer skills and internet/coordination experience
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Use TOD mobile printing station to create and maintain store pricing
• Label merchandise lacking vendor SKUs using TOD
• Assist with merchandise returns and restock on the floor
• Follow safe lifting SOPs and store safety rules
• Act as product knowledge expert and help customers with selections
• Create price tags and signage for all products
• Replace outdated signage with updated prices
• Organize products back to correct locations after returns
• Keep stock and display areas clean and organized
• Communicate in-store moves and SKU changes via email
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKUs and price changes
