Job summary

The Association in Durham, NC is seeking a pricing leader to manage pricing models across our products, memberships and services. You will develop processes and tools, and reports to improve visibility of pricing within the Association.

You will inform go-to-market propositions and support new product launches while driving ARPM and NPR targets. You will lead a team, collaborating with CIMA, product and portfolio management, Finance, Marketing and membership teams to align pricing scenarios,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or Economics or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in pricing roles.
• Experience leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, managing people as the primary responsibility.
• Collaborate with product, Finance, Marketing, and membership teams to communicate pricing scenarios.
• Support achieving annual sales, revenue and margin targets and optimize pricing for sales impact.
