The role combines pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and business partnership to influence pricing decisions and financial outcomes at a senior level. You will build models, analyze trends, and develop tools to support governance and strategic pricing, partnering with executives and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, FP&A, profitability analysis, or related function.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, legal services, or another complex service-based environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analysis and fee proposals for new business opportunities.
• Build financial models, profitability analyses, and scenario analyses to support pricing decisions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on pricing strategy, negotiations, and commercial recommendations.
• Analyze market, industry, practice group, and historical pricing trends.
• Develop pricing tools, databases, templates, and reporting to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Prepare presentations and insights for senior management and leadership teams.
• Support pricing governance and approval processes through data-driven analysis.
