PrideGlobal, a leading global professional services firm, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing to join its New York Financial Analysis team. The role provides financial, analytical, and business support while serving as a pricing advisor to attorneys and business teams.

You will lead pricing analysis, develop profitable fee proposals, build models and tools, and brief senior management with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, FP&A, strategy, or project management; professional services experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with pricing, profitability analysis, commercial analysis, or financial strategy.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills and ability to work with reporting and analytical tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analysis and develop competitive, profitable fee proposals for new business opportunities.
• Conduct pricing, profitability, market, and practice group analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models, pricing tools, databases, and reporting to improve the firm's pricing processes.
• Prepare analysis and presentations for senior management and leadership teams.
• Partner with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders to provide quantitative and qualitative pricing guidance.
