Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to conduct simple to moderate financial analysis and support capital planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The role belongs to the Financial Planning & Analysis function responsible for short- and long-term planning and analysis of business operations.

Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly reviews of subsegment results, cost improvement, and preparing pro forma analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly subsegment reviews including P&L, capital, KPIs, CAPEX and spending.
• Assist with cost improvement and savings opportunities and collect data.
• Support the annual budget process and forecasting.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports and pro forma analyses.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines and solve problems.
